So how do YOU get these one of kind tickets?

STEP 1: Post a (non anonymous) comment telling me who the most inspiring woman in your life has been and why!

THAT'S IT!!

I will choose 2 Winners one week from today! The two winners will receive either a gift bag of freebies from Dove Go Fresh Deodorant and Body Mist OR two tickets to the Girl World Tour event! I will do a blog post naming the winners and will also send you an email if you are said winner!

NOTE: The featured event is geared towards a mother-daughter pair, specifically mother's of tween's. I know a lot of my blog stalkers have young children (or none at all) so you don't necessarily fit into this category but the fun part about this give-away is you can STILL win something even if you don't qualify for the event!! The wonderful people with Weber-Shandwick and Dove Go Fresh Deodorant and Body Mists have offered to send you a lovely gift bag with freebies (if you do not qualify for the Girl World Tour Event).

Hey Mama!!
The most amazing and inspiring woman in my life is a tie - but today I will pick my best friend, Jessica.

Jessica and I met in 7th grade during volleyball practice. She had braces (which come to find out would ALWAYS get stuck in her gym class "penny" - the mesh jersey you wear to divide teams) I had killer bangs and we were both by definition "nerdy".

We were instant BFF's and I didn't know as a naive 12 year old girl that over the next 15 years I would develop the special relationship we had, which was more of sisterly proportions than just "best friends".

Jess and I were inseparable. We were always at each other's homes, having dinner, spending the night and gossiping about boys and the other girls in school.

We shared clothes, families, and friends (and even once a boyfriend).

We also would share one of the toughest trials in both of our lives.

Jessica was diagnosed with Cancer at the tender age of 26. She bravely fought the disease for 2 and a half years.

Through those years she taught me perseverance, strength, and believing in your purpose for this life.

She is such an inspiration to me on a daily basis. I think (more than once daily)...it could be worse. This time last year Jess couldn't walk, couldn't talk and was very conscious of the fact she was in the last stages of her life.

Jessica has not only touched my life, but so many others as well. She was THE driving force in fight to raise funds for the Livestrong Foundation; a cause she was deeply rooted in and believed in.

She was always candid with her family and friends that she OK with her diagnosis. That God had chosen her for a reason to fight the fight and she didn't know why He chose her but she was going to make the most of it.

Jessica is my guardian angel, my best friend, and my 'secondary sister'!

I miss her everyday and thank the Lord that she was a part of my life!

Not quite in the target demographic (yet), but I'll play anyway! Most inspiring is always my mom! A lady who sacrificed everything for her family and made sure our needs were met and we knew how loved we were every day. Taught us about faith and family and everything in between. Now as I try and follow in her footsteps as a mom myself, I realize how hard she worked.
